- Support Preconstruction : Assist in reviewing contract documents, identifying potential conflicts, and developing project schedules. Get in on the ground floor of every project!
- Contract Administration : Help manage contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders, ensuring all agreements are in place and compliant.
- Budget Tracking : Assist in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports. Numbers are your friend!
- Communication Hub : Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. You'll be the glue that holds it all together!
- Problem Solver : Help research and resolve drawing interpretation problems, conflicts, and errors. Be a key part of the solution!
- Documentation Master : Assist in preparing and disseminating project documentation, including status reports, punch lists, and meeting minutes. Details matter!
