Established with a strong customer base, we are expanding rapidly in both the roofing and window sales sectors and we are looking for a results-driven, experienced Door-to-Door Sales Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team and drive growth to our customer base.
This role is perfect for a motivated sales leader with experience in managing high-performance teams and a proven track record of success in door-to-door sales. You will be instrumental in building and leading a team to introduce Safeguard Impacts top-tier services to homeowners, building relationships, and increasing sales.
At SafeGuard Impact, our industry-leading commission structure enables our sales leaders to make multiple six-figures per year!
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives.
- Offer ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure team success and achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective door-to-door canvassing strategies to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth for the market.
- Monitor sales team performance, set clear goals, track progress, and implement corrective actions as needed to improve results.

Qualifications:
- Proven door-to-door sales success is required, preferably in a leadership capacity (roofing, pest control, or similar industries)
- A history of leading and training sales teams to achieve and exceed targets is preferred
- Excellent ability to control conversations and build strong rapport with potential clients
- Extreme confidence and composure during the sales process
- A strong desire for financial success and career growth
