Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks.
- Utilize CCTV systems for surveillance and monitoring activities.
- Enforce company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
- Provide first aid or CPR as needed in emergency situations.
- Document incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Engage in conflict management to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
- Assist with loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems such as CCTV is a plus.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups of people.
- Must be able to pass background checks and any required training certifications.
