Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
- Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques to resolve issues peacefully.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, daily activities, and any unusual occurrences.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, maintaining professional relationships.
Qualifications
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment and monitoring systems (CCTV).
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies.

- Must possess a valid security guard certification or be willing to obtain one.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
