Take Control of Your Career:

As an Outside Sales Representative with Safeguard Security, you'll be the driving force behind our growth, connecting with businesses and homeowners within your designated territory. You'll have the autonomy to manage your schedule and build your own book of business, all while backed by the support and resources of a 20-year industry leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect and generate leads through various channels (networking, referrals, cold calling, community events, etc.).
  • Conduct in-person consultations to understand client security needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our comprehensive range of security products and services (alarms, fire systems, CCTV, access control, smart home integration, etc.).
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and track progress using CRM software.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in a related field (security, technology, etc.).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time and a territory effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • A desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
