What are the responsibilities and job description for the Relocation Manager position at Safehaven ADT?
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of office relocations, including planning, logistics, and execution.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of all relocation activities.
- Assist with facilities management tasks, such as coordinating repairs and maintenance.
- Negotiate contracts with customers to ensure cost-effective relocation services.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, and team members.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned, including meetings and managing calendars.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the field of office relocation is preferred. Not needed
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with vendors.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and professional communication.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build positive relationships.
