Position Overview:

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment? Are you passionate about customer satisfaction and enjoy supporting your team? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Expert to join our growing team!


Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Completing daily action plans with a task-oriented mindset
  • Promptly communicating with clients through text platforms
  • Maintaining accurate data in Pest Pac-CRM for seamless communication
  • Using our core values as a guide for decision-making

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment with minimal supervision

  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills


Education and Training:

No formal education requirements; on-the-job training provided


Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
