Job Overview:
We seek a dedicated and hardworking Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role to answer incoming client phone calls, schedule service appointments, and schedule routes for the technicians. An ideal candidate would be someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or similar role, and have thorough knowledge of the DFW area.
Schedule
- Hours of operation are Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Some Overtime and Saturdays may be required
- 40 Hours Per Week On Average
- Wednesday Meeting starts at 6:45 AM. All team members attend
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups and scheduling
- Complete daily action plans
- Promptly communicate with clients via text, email, or phone
- Maintain accurate data entry and record-keeping within the company application
- Take detailed notes while listening to customers
- Have a basic knowledge of the cities surrounding the DFW area
- A task-driven mindset
- Perform other duties as assigned by management as a part of the development in a support role
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required
- 2 years of customer service experience or similar role required
- Cold calling or previous inside sales experience is a plus
