Job Overview:
We seek a dedicated and hardworking Pest Control Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform mosquito applications during the season, as well as termite renewals and installation of the Sentricon Termite Baiting System. Ensuring that our clients can enjoy their outdoor spaces without the nuisance of mosquitoes and that their homes are protected from the destruction of termites. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in the Texas summer heat.

Schedule

• Business Hours of operation are Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Technicians start as early as 7 am
• Some Overtime and Saturdays may be required
• 30-40 Hours Per Week On Average
• Wednesday Morning Meeting starts at 6:45 AM

Responsibilities:

• Perform mosquito applications according to company standards and safety guidelines
• Prepare and mix pest control chemicals as required for each job
• Operate and maintain equipment
• Ensure accurate application of products
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing information and answering questions about mosquito and termite control
• Maintain accurate records of services performed on the company App
• Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines to ensure safe and effective pest control practices
• Perform other duties as assigned by management as a part of the development into a full-time, licensed Pest Control Technician

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in the summer heat of Texas
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required
• At least 21 years of Age
