About the Role:
As a Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring our pest control technicians operate efficiently by planning and optimizing service routes. Your ability to coordinate schedules, manage logistics, and provide excellent customer support will directly contribute to our team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and optimize daily service routes for technicians to maximize efficiency.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and reschedule as needed.
- Monitor technician availability and adjust schedules in real time as needed.
- Work closely with the customer service and field teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize Pest Pac software to track and manage appointments.
- Solve routing challenges to minimize drive time and increase productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or logistics (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills.
- A team player with a proactive mindset.

Schedule
- Hours of operation are Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Some Overtime and Saturdays may be required
- 40 Hours Per Week On Average
- Wednesday Meeting starts at 6:45 AM. All team members attend
