What you will be doing :
- Supervise and support restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and enforcing service standards.
- Assist with marketing, menu development, and competitive analysis to enhance restaurant offerings.
- Manage financial responsibilities, including house bank maintenance and tip distribution.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and maintenance standards, addressing repairs as needed.
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff while conducting meetings to share key updates.
- Monitor food quality and guest satisfaction, addressing feedback to improve service.
- Oversee inventory and supply levels to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain clear communication with corporate offices, vendors, and other departments while leading the team effectively.
