We've built an efficient, high-growth organization by vertically integrating distribution, balance sheet risk, and claims adjusting. We're three years old, profitable, and intent on building the best insurance provider in storage. This hybrid role is based in our downtown Austin, Texas office.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the leadership team to evaluate business performance, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Build and maintain financial models to assess the impact of new initiatives, growth strategies, and potential M&A opportunities.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to forecasts, identifying key drivers and providing actionable recommendations for course correction.
- Provide in-depth analysis of key business metrics, identifying trends and opportunities that inform financial strategy and help prioritize business initiatives.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate financial insights to the executive team and other key stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals, ensuring financial integrity and alignment across the business.
