- 10 years of progressive continuous improvement leadership, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong process, investigation, influence and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant, positive impact across a large-scale operating company
- Experience with Korber (High Jump) and Oracle is a plus
- Six Sigma is a plus
- Experience with Project Management Software (MS project)
- Experience with a growth organization focused on culture and engagement
- Experience in leading national or global initiatives with heavy organizational change management requirements
- Documents and improves supply chain processes and implements across all distribution center operations to ensure a safe, efficient, collaborative, profitable, and highly productive work environment
- Mitigate scope, schedule, and cost risks, risk management, and risk mitigation for software programs
- The management of critical project components including project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk and procurement (RFP’s/RFQ’s) through all phases of the systems life cycle
- Responsible for all asset management that includes but isn’t limited to life cycle planning, management and creation of annual capital budgets as well as 3-to-5-year life cycle projections (i.e. material handling equipment, RFs, hardware, etc.)
- Ensures adequate controls exist for all supply chain processes
- Directs efforts in assessing the fit of complex IT solutions and identifying gaps early for subsequent evaluation in the pursuit/solution development process
- Monitors and manages all supply chain assets to ensure appropriate cost, quality, and performance standards are achieved
- Creates and ensures cross functional alignment on all business plans and network risk mitigation
- Maintains operational integrity, open communication channels, and resolves issues effectively and promptly
- Develops, coaches, and mentors key talent to build a world-class distribution and logistics organization
