Job Description
As an Auto Glass Technician Trainee at Safelite, you'll embark on a 3-month paid training program where you'll learn hands-on and in the classroom how to install and repair auto glass, recalibrate car safety systems, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Install and repair auto glass
- Recalibrate automotive safety systems
- Provide additional services & products
You'll work outdoors in various weather conditions, using your natural mechanical ability and working independently as part of a team. Once certified, you'll earn competitive pay starting at $25.75/hour, increasing to $31.50/hour after training and certification.

Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid state-issued driver's license
- Be comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
- Ability to work scheduled days with flexibility in start and end times
- Regularly lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma/GED/equivalent preferred; ability to read & write
