Welcome to Safelite, a leading provider of auto glass repair services. As an Auto Glass Installation Technician Trainee, you will embark on a 3-month paid training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this rewarding career.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team, providing excellent service to customers while installing and repairing auto glass. You will also have the chance to learn and master various skills, including:
- Installing and repairing auto glass
- Recalibrating automotive safety systems
- Providing additional services and products
Our competitive weekly pay starts at $21.50/hour and increases to $26.50/hour after training and certification. You will also receive a benefits package valued at more than $10k, which includes a 401(k) plan with company matching, medical plans, paid time off, holidays, and volunteer days.
