What You’ll Do
- Utilizing the schedule tool, release complete orders, manage the staging area for pack out, and communicate load readiness using Korber.
- Prioritize inventory replenishment based on released orders in process and add-on orders.
- Manage pick assignments based on the schedule.
- Track daily productivity, monitor picker performance, and post updates frequently.
- Report inventory discrepancies to the inventory control team and logistics coordinators.
- Monitor and proactively respond to communications regarding order flow, staging, and load management.
- Partner with team leads and supervisors to sustain a balanced and optimized pick process to drive productivity.
- Demonstrate flexibility by undertaking additional duties assigned by management as needed.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Administrative or coordination experience supporting logistics, warehousing, supply chain, distribution, or other related operations is required.
- Comfort using Microsoft programs including Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with or willingness to learn Oracle and AS/400.
- Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts.
- A solutions mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance to support your teammates.
- Positive attitude with a focus on exceptional service.
