Job Summary
The Fulfillment Center Lead will be responsible for supporting the DC Operations Manager and DC Operations Supervisor with all assigned tasks within the department. This includes providing line management to the team, overseeing training, and coordinating workflow to meet department production goals in a safe and efficient manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday: 2:30pm to 11:30pm
- 50/hour 2nd shift premium
- A sign-on bonus of $2,000.00 USD (less applicable taxes) will be paid to you as soon as administratively feasible following a 60-day period from your hire date.
- Ensures the team safely operates material handling equipment, has appropriate training, follows safety procedures, and maintains proper housekeeping.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
