Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Personal Assistant to handle administrative tasks related to document processing and shipping. This role requires access to a MICR printer and the ability to package and drop off documents at USPS or FedEx locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Print documents using a MICR printer (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition).
• Package printed documents in the appropriate envelopes for mailing.
• Affix corresponding shipping labels to packages.
• Drop off completed packages at the nearest USPS or FedEx location.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive documents.
• Track shipments and confirm successful delivery when required.

Requirements:

• Must own or have access to a MICR printer for secure check and document printing.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to receive and print digital documents.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be based in the United States with access to USPS and FedEx drop-off locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in administrative support, mail processing, or document handling.
• Familiarity with shipping procedures and tracking systems.
