Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Personal Assistant to handle administrative tasks related to document processing and shipping. This role requires access to a MICR printer and the ability to package and drop off documents at USPS or FedEx locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Print documents using a MICR printer (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition).
- Package printed documents in the appropriate envelopes for mailing.
- Affix corresponding shipping labels to packages.
- Drop off completed packages at the nearest USPS or FedEx location.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive documents.
- Track shipments and confirm successful delivery when required.
Requirements:
- Must own or have access to a MICR printer for secure check and document printing.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to receive and print digital documents.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must be based in the United States with access to USPS and FedEx drop-off locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative support, mail processing, or document handling.
- Familiarity with shipping procedures and tracking systems.
