About the Role
This is a paid, formal training program that covers specialized repair techniques, regardless of prior mechanical experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean customer vehicles during wait/idle time and perform additional housekeeping tasks in company vehicles and shops.
- Safely operate a company fleet vehicle to and from customer locations, adhering to all safety policies and traffic laws.
- Complete on-the-job training and obtain Safelite SafeTech certification.
- Maintain a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
- Operate various equipment, including hand and power tools, while working at elevated heights and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
- Ability to operate a Safelite van safely and maintain a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment.
