Your Requirements
">To excel in this role, you'll need:

- A high school diploma or equivalent OR 5-7 years of leadership/supervisory experience; ">
- A valid state-issued driver's license; ">
- 3 years of leadership experience with an innovative approach toward incenting performance; ">
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments, preferably in the automotive industry; ">
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment; ">
- Excellent communication skills to influence, persuade, engage, and have crucial conversations with a mobile workforce. ">
