**About the Job**
\We're seeking an Auto Glass Installation Technician Trainee to join our team. As a trainee, you'll work under the guidance of experienced technicians, learning the skills and techniques needed to become a certified auto glass technician.\

**Responsibilities**
\Installing and repairing auto glass, recalibrating automotive safety systems, and providing additional services and products.\
\
**What We Offer**
\Competitive weekly pay starting at $25.75/hour, increasing to $31.50/hour after training and certification. Earn $5/set of wiper blades when added for customer safety. Potential to be promoted in your first year, with pay starting at $36.50/hour as a Senior Tech and $43.75/hour as a Master Tech.\
