Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing online marketing strategies, building and managing our website, and producing engaging product videos. This role combines digital marketing expertise with creative content creation, including video production, to build our brand's online presence and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising).
- Build, manage, and maintain the company website (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), ensuring it is optimized for SEO and user experience.
- Film, edit, and produce high-quality short product videos for marketing campaigns, website content, and social media platforms.
- Create and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Lead SEO efforts to improve website visibility, traffic, and search rankings.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including design, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Manage and run social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality digital assets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in digital marketing (4 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Experience with website management (WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS).
- Strong videography skills, including filming, editing, and producing short-form product videos are a must.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Solid understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Ability to create and manage content for websites, blogs, and social media.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
