Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to individuals in recovery, helping them set and achieve personal goals.
- Facilitate group sessions that encourage sharing of experiences, coping strategies, and mutual support.
- Lead Bible study groups, guiding individuals in applying spiritual principles to their recovery journey.
- Conduct light physical fitness activities to promote movement, energy, and wellness.
- Employ motivational interviewing techniques to foster engagement and commitment to recovery.
- Collaborate with mental health professionals to develop comprehensive, individualized care plans.
- Mentor clients by sharing personal recovery stories and strategies for overcoming obstacles.
- Advocate for clients within various systems, including healthcare, social services, and community resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.
