Swim Instructor Job Description
Reports to : General Manager / Assistant General Manager
Description : SafeSplash Swim Instructors are responsible for upholding and teaching in accordance to the SafeSplash Swim School teaching certification and curriculum.

Uniforms :
Instructors are required to wear SafeSplash uniforms which include logoed female one piece suits and male board shorts and logoed rash guard. SafeSplash Swim School will cover the cost of one uniform per calendar year per employee. Additional uniforms must be purchased by the employee from SafeSplash Swim School at or below cost. The uniform must be maintained in a clean, professional manner.
Hours : 3-30 hours per week
Compensation : Starting pay $16 / hr
