SafeSplash Swim School is looking for a Swim Instructor and Deck Supervisor to manage the pool deck - swim instructor shifts, engaging with parents, checking pool temp and chemicals, building good rapport with gym staff and members. You will also be required to teach swim lessons. As a supervisor you will be responsible for the smooth running of the location while earning up to $21/hour plus bonus.
Operating Hours:
Hours: 20-32 hours per week
Tuesday / Wednesday/ Friday - 4PM - 8PM
Saturday - 10:30AM - 2:30PM

Qualifications Desired:
- 1 Year of experience teaching swim lessons OR a competitive swimming background
- 21 Years of age or older AND High School Diploma
- Reliable transportation
- Passion for teaching children
- Shift management (preferred)

- Monitor pool activities and enforce safety regulations, including CPR and AED protocols.
- Manage shifts effectively, coordinating with staff to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Provide feedback and support to students, fostering their development in swimming and related physical activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
