We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Lifeguards at our facility. The primary responsibility of a Lifeguard is to ensure the safety of all guests by preventing and responding to emergencies in and around the pool area.
*Duties*
-Provide swim lessons to students ages ranging from 4 months old-adults
-Demonstrate proper swimming techniques
-Customize lessons based on the students afe, skill level and learning pace.
- Monitor activities in the swimming area to prevent accidents and provide assistance to swimmers in distress
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Perform pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, checking chemical levels, and ensuring equipment is in good working order
- Provide excellent guest services by assisting with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for all pool visitors
*Skills*
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Lifeguarding preferred, if not we will train you!
- Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues when necessary
- Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures
- Ability to handle heavy lifting when moving equipment or assisting guests
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
