SafeSplash swim school is growing, and we are looking to add to our team. We are looking for fun-loving, high-energy individuals who enjoy working with children. We can offer a flexible schedule with as many or as few hours as you would like. Former swim experience is not required for this position. We will provide all of the training needed to become a great swim instructor. Come join our team and enjoy the satisfaction of teaching little ones a life skill.
Responsibilities
- Instruct and guide students in swimming techniques and safety practices.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment by enforcing pool rules.
- Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall swim program.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the swimming area and equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work with children and foster a positive learning environment
- Relevant experience in swimming, martial arts, or physical education is a plus but not required.
- Enthusiasm for promoting health and fitness through aquatic activities
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
