Primary Roles - Job Description :
Develop mastery of Swim Revolution’s award-winning curriculum and methodology
Demonstrate mastery of basic safety swimming skills and endurance development
Deliver an overwhelmingly positive and high-energy learning experience
Provide encouragement and motivation to swimmers
Prioritize a safe swimming environment and enforce safety guidelines
Utilize Swim Revolution’s progress tracking system to document and communicate student progress
Communicate progress and learning objectives with parents and guardians every lesson
Create a welcoming environment for all swimmers and families by welcoming them into the facility
Acts as The Swim Revolution “ambassador” to ensure parental satisfaction
Uses problem-solving / creative thinking to identify and resolve challenges that students encounter
Completes required paperwork or deliverables in a timely manner
Maintains and ensures proper storage of all pool equipment. Places and removes lane lines
Reports accidents and incidents to management. Completes required documentation and paperwork
Performs deck cleanliness duties on rotation schedule or as required
Occasionally performs light cleaning duties such as window washing, deck mopping, trash removal, etc.
Occasionally required to attend in-service training outside of regular working hours
Participate in continuous education and development under the direction and guidance of the Training Manager
