Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Front Desk Manager located in Kansas City, MO. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, customer service, receptionist duties, communication, and managing reservations on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Receptionist Duties skill set
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in managing reservations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is a plus
