In this position, you will support the dry side operations of our learn-to-swim program. You will primarily be responsible for the customer experience and supporting our parents. You will ensure customer inquiries are responded to timely and resolved.
We are hiring for multiple shifts over weekdays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a manner that supports SafeSplash’s mission, vision, and values.
- Manage customer registration and class schedule.
- Manage the administration of all SafeSplash policies and procedures with our customers.
- Manage customer service at the front desk and retail counter.
- Maintain accuracy, security, and integrity of all customer records, including personal, financial, and class information.
- Work closely with management to develop and implement continuous process improvements to customer registration, scheduling, and billing functions.
- Perform job responsibilities in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner at all times.
