Develop, implement, and manage the strategies that grow the businessPartner with the Regional Manager in establishing and maintaining the customer service vision and strategy, strategy execution, customer and community interaction, and direct salesAssist the District Manager in providing the vision, leadership, and direction to all who impact the businessDevelop and manage the P&L to achieve or exceed objectives in the areas of revenue growth, costs, and marginContinuously drive programs / processes that grow the business while optimizing marginsEffectively forecast, budget, plan, and set goalsSet and manage productivity and performance expectations for personnelOrganize and develop an effective team that is motivated to successfully deliver service and to grow the businessAttract and hire quality individuals who possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience required to fill open job positionsManage customer service at the front desk and retail counterPerform swim instruction, as necessary.What are we looking for in a Manager?
