Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests at our aquatic facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills, a commitment to maintaining a safe environment, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest services while promoting a fun and safe atmosphere for all.
Duties
- Monitor pool activities and ensure the safety of all patrons.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as necessary.
- Conduct regular pool maintenance checks, including water quality testing and cleaning.
- Assist with guest services by answering questions and providing information about facility offerings.
- Perform heavy lifting when necessary, such as moving pool equipment or assisting in cleaning tasks.
- Maintain vigilance while on duty to prevent accidents or incidents.
Qualifications
- Current Lifeguard certification preferred or obtained upon hiring. We offer certification classes on site.
- Strong swimming skills with the ability to take control in situations.
- Experience with pool cleaning and maintenance is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective guest interactions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting tasks as needed.
- A positive attitude with a focus on customer service is essential.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
