Job Description:

As an Outside Sales Representative at SafeSpray Pest Control, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential customers, understanding their pest control needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:

· Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential residential and commercial clients through various methods such as cold calling, networking, door-to-door sales, and referrals.

· Conduct Sales Inspections: Meet with potential clients to assess their pest control needs and deliver customized pest management programs based on the client's requirements, property inspection, and understanding of pest issues.

· Quote Preparation: Provide accurate and transparent cost estimates for pest control services, ensuring clients understand the pricing structure and any contract terms.

· Negotiate and Close Deals: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure contracts and agreements.

· Networking and relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients by addressing their concerns, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring their satisfaction.

· Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, prospects, sales, and customer interactions, using CRM software.

· Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in outside sales or a related field, preferably in the pest control industry.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.

· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Knowledge of pests, pest control methods, and related regulations is a plus.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
