Senior Residential & Commercial Installation Technician

Position Summary : The Senior Residential & Commercial Installation Technician at SafeTouch Security will complete installations for video surveillance, access control systems, and virtual security guard applications, and guide other technicians to do the same.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Train, and mentor technicians on industry best practices and how to complete tasks the SafeTouch way.
- Provide guidance and assistance with installations and upgrades.
- Install & configure SafeTouch security devices and automation systems.
- Ensure neatness of cabling installation and compliance with all codes and standards.
- Set the example and help other technicians to accurately complete required paperwork.
- Ensure all safety guidelines are followed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory for service vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
- Perform limited travel as needed.
