- **Policy Implementation**: Ensuring adherence to safety policies and regulations, and maintaining documentation related to safety practices.
- **Incident Investigation**: Leading investigations into workplace accidents and incidents to determine causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent future occurrences.
- **Emergency Preparedness**: Developing and communicating emergency response plans, ensuring all personnel are familiar with procedures for various emergencies.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with management, safety committees, and employees to promote a culture of safety across the project.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Staying updated on OSHA regulations and other applicable laws, ensuring that the site remains compliant with all safety regulations.
- **Reporting**: Preparing and submitting required safety reports and documentation to stakeholders, including compliance audits and safety metrics.
**What We're Looking For:**
- A valid OSHA 30 - Construction certification.
- First Aid certification is a must.
- Additional safety certifications are highly valued.
- A college degree in Safety or a related field is preferred to help elevate our safety initiatives.
- minimum 5 years experience in the safety field.
