Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to thrive in a dynamic facilities management company, with excellent potential for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
- Deliver a top-tier cleaning service across all designated areas of the building.
- Review and adjust work schedules as needed to meet facility demands.
- Order and manage cleaning supplies.
- Monitor and oversee all cleaning operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all team members are aware of and adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a cleaning environment.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Experience implementing and enforcing standards and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with general cleaning equipment.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in maintenance, housekeeping, or custodial services.
- Bilingual and/or English fluency
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and follow through on requests.
- Minimum 1-2 years of lead or supervisory experience.
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday (6PM - 11PM)
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Physical requirements include: walking and standing during the entire shift (often 4-8 hours), climbing stairs, kneeling to clean floors, pushing and pulling objects, lifting and moving objects (up to 50 lbs), repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movement

Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning and supervising roles
- Strong management skills with a focus on team leadership
- Knowledge of custodial operations and maintenance procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with floor care and laundry processes
- Experience in commercial cleaning or hospitality industry
