Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to thrive in a dynamic facilities management company, with excellent potential for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
• Deliver a top-tier cleaning service across all designated areas of the building.
• Review and adjust work schedules as needed to meet facility demands.
• Order and manage cleaning supplies.
• Monitor and oversee all cleaning operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure all team members are aware of and adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a cleaning environment.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Experience implementing and enforcing standards and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with general cleaning equipment.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in maintenance, housekeeping, or custodial services.
• Bilingual and/or English fluency
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and follow through on requests.
• Minimum 1-2 years of lead or supervisory experience.

Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday (6PM - 11PM)
Pay: $22.00 per hour

Physical requirements include: walking and standing during the entire shift (often 4-8 hours), climbing stairs, kneeling to clean floors, pushing and pulling objects, lifting and moving objects (up to 50 lbs), repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movement

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning and supervising roles
• Strong management skills with a focus on team leadership
• Knowledge of custodial operations and maintenance procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with floor care and laundry processes
• Experience in commercial cleaning or hospitality industry

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
