2-3 years of experience in maintenance in retail, custodial services, commercial or residential settings.
Location: Manhasset, Long Island, NY
Schedule 1: Monday - Friday (8am - 10am) (10 hours/week)
Schedule 2: Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (8am - 10am) and Sunday (10am-12pm) (10 hours/week)
Schedule 3: Thursday, Friday, Saturday (8am - 10am) and Sunday (10am-12pm) (8 hours/week)
The ideal General Cleaner will be able to successfully perform the following responsibilities:
Store Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, fitting rooms, and common areas.
- Emptying trash bins and ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Dusting and polishing fixtures, shelves, and display cases.
- Ensuring store windows and glass doors are spotless and streak-free.
Stockroom & Inventory Assistance
- Assisting with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise in stock areas.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of storage and back-of-house areas.
2-3 years of experience in maintenance in retail, custodial services, commercial or residential settings.
