Weekly pay
You must:
-have a valid Wisconsin license with a clean driving record and have had your license for at least 5 years. (Minor violations ok, no suspensions in the last 10 years)
-Be able to pass a background check
-have a smart phone capable of loading apps (schedule), using gps, calling and texting
- complete the 40 hr Training course and all state testing (training and associated costs of licensing covered by the company)
- be responsible and reliable
- create a safe and fun learning environment
-above average communication skills
- be available evenings and or weekends when Kids are not in school. Daytime weekday hours are not possible.
- be able to work well both independently and as a team.
have basic vehicle maintenance knowledge. examples: checking oil, putting air in tires, changing a headlight bulb etc
Pay:
$16 -$17 for your first 60 days after licensure depending on related experience. with a $1/hr raise after 60 days.
Experienced instructors who are already licensed start at $18-20 depending on length of experience.
. This is teaching behind the wheel lessons in our cars. We pick up and drop off from home throughout southern milwaukee co.. south side of milw/oak creek/ greenfield/greendale etc
Work environment: we’re a small company.. we like to have a relaxed environment.,..we respect individuality so tattoos, piercings, etc are all completely fine.
This is an ideal job for someone who likes to be in charge of themselves and can do so with a high level of integrity. Reliability, and common sense is a MUST. Someone who is self motivated And works best independently with little supervision.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
