Role Description (Pay from $16-$18 Based on experience)
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Clerk at Safety Harbor Resort & Spa. The Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service. The role involves welcoming guests, answering inquiries, managing reservations, and providing excellent service to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, Clerical Skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with SMS is a huge plus
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices is a plus
- Must be able to pass a Drugs and Background check
Salary : $16 - $18
