- This position will receive comprehensive mentoring and guidance on designing effective marketing strategies.
- Independently pursue leads through networking, agency inquiries, referrals, and other methods.
- Assesses customer needs and educates them on suitable insurance plans.
- Collects critical client information to offer appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Prepare reports on sales performance for leadership review.
- Maintain meticulous records of transactions and sales.
- Stays updated on industry trends and applies knowledge in the field.
- Performs other activities as requested.
