Operations Coordinator- Professional Services

JOB SUMMARY : SMS is seeking an  EMT  or higher who will be responsible for coordinating customer’s training needs, including but not limited to, working with contractors and customers on vaccination efforts, ISN, and training supplies.

• Work with consulting team and customers to coordinate and schedule training to include assisting with lodging arrangements
• Assist customers with ISN and Safety Council Scheduling
• Print and track training certifications for medical training
• Track and oversee daily FTE report for accuracy
• Attend and scribe monthly consulting meetings
• Oversee training and medical supply inventory to include being the focal point for vendors, ordering, shipping and invoicing
• Conduct medical training as needed
• Provide Industrial Hygiene Technical services as needed
• Generate reports for management and customers as needed.
• May carry / handle equipment.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
