Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Client Engagement Intern will include supporting Client Engagement Account Managers in the continued service of account management activities associated with internal pre-renewal account meetings, account stewardship presentations and account specific matters requiring support and issue resolution. You may be assigned to address and support client inquiries utilizing proper channels and to track and communicate status updates for account transparency and service.
