This opportunity is in the Account Services Department.
Responsible for seeing policies through to the finish line, our Account Services department facilitates the processes between Claims, Underwriting, and our brokers. Ranging from rating services to audits to operational guidance, the available career opportunities are abundant with varying levels of specialty. Role Description:
In the role of Insurance Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for providing client/customer support within the Insurance Operations unit. You will perform various tasks for our business and in the issuance of our insurance policies.
Your day-to-day responsibilities as an Insurance Operations Coordinator will include:
- Accurate and timely servicing of prospective and renewal accounts as it pertains to the policy life cycle. Processes and responsibilities may include in part the following: submission set-up, data entry, account analysis, rating, monitoring of system issues and testing of resolutions, individual reporting and tracking of written business and assigned work items.
- Engaging in professional communication with internal and/or external customers and performing timely follow up, when necessary, to obtain information necessary for the issuance of policies.
- Demonstrating an understanding of the department's customer service standards.

Education:
- College Education Preferred
Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Insurance Designations a plus

In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target salary range for this position is $44,000 - $58,500. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
