Role Overview :
We are looking for a Planning Associate( Internally known as Planning & Reserving Associate) to join our dynamic team in the Planning & Reserving Department. Reporting to the AVP - Planning & Reserving, you will support all aspects of the Company's planning and reserving functions, working collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in creating and updating plan exhibits.
- Coordinate plan updates with stakeholders and other departments.
- Compile data to analyze budget versus actual results.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial projections.
- Assist in tying out actuarial reserve analyses and preparing summary documents.
- Maintain appropriate documentation within the document repository system.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the AVP - Planning & Reserving.

In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,500. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
