Role Overview :
As a Scrum Master within our Infrastructure team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and coaching our teams specializing in DevOps, Database Administration (DBA), Collaboration, and Core Infrastructure. Collaborating closely with Product Owners and Release Train Engineers, you'll lead efforts to deliver high-quality, reliable infrastructure solutions aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Lead Scrum ceremonies, manage Kanban boards, and facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Coach team members on Agile principles, focusing on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices.
- Resolve impediments and manage work-in-progress (WIP) limits to ensure team productivity.
- Serve as a communication bridge among stakeholders, teams, and Product Owners.
- Prioritize and manage backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Track key Agile metrics, such as velocity, quality, and cycle time, to evaluate team performance.
- Advocate for continuous improvement and enhanced Agile maturity across teams.

Safety National is committed to fair, transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive, market-based compensation. In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target salary range for this position is $84,000 to $135,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
