Job Summary:
The Audio-Visual Director is responsible for the overall management and operation of audio-visual services within the hotel. This includes the setup, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment for various events, conferences, meetings, and special occasions. The director will lead the AV team, coordinate with clients and event planners, and ensure all equipment is in top working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
AV Operations Management:- Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment for events, including sound systems, projectors, screens, lighting, and video recording systems.
- Ensure the AV department operates efficiently during conferences, meetings, banquets, and special events.
- Manage the AV scheduling system and coordinate with clients to understand their needs.

Team Leadership and Training:
- Supervise, train, and develop the AV team, ensuring high standards of performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Ensure all staff are knowledgeable about the hotel’s AV equipment and are up to date with technological advances.
