Position Overview

Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and looking to play a vital role in supporting safety training operations? As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth organization of the training lab, including processing documentation, coordinating training, and collecting drug and alcohol test specimens.

This position plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our clients. Success in this role requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage client training schedules and ensure accurate specimen collection. Your contributions will align with our mission to provide exceptional client services while maintaining our commitment to quality and impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Training – Organize and facilitate in-person and computer-based training courses.
  • Specimen Collection – Collect substance abuse specimens following established procedures and compliance guidelines.
  • Documentation & Compliance – Complete necessary documentation and paperwork associated with services accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Service – Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for individuals undergoing training and testing.
  • Administrative Support – Perform clerical duties such as filing, answering phones, and data entry for reporting test results.
  • Confidentiality – Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Qualifications

    Required :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook and Word.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Preferred :

  • Experience with DOT, FMCSA, and / or working in a medical office setting.
  • Experience working with industrial contractors.
  • Familiarity with employee onboarding procedures.
  • Experience handling drug and / or alcohol collections.
