Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Equipment Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and training on various types of mobile equipment, including aerial lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts (mast and tele-handler), skid-steers, and loaders. This role involves developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure our employees are proficient and compliant with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for mobile equipment operators.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and classroom instruction.
- Assess trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure training materials are up-to-date and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and improve training processes.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mobile Equipment Operator Trainer or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of mobile equipment operation and safety protocols, including aerial lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts (mast and tele-handler), skid-steers, and loaders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
- Certification in mobile equipment operation and training is preferred.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
