Role Overview
We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Communication Manager to lead and coordinate our 360° marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all digital and offline channels. This role will be responsible for aligning our marketing efforts across social media, email marketing, advertising, content, and other touchpoints, leveraging data to refine our communication strategy and improve engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with SafetyClerk’s business goals.
- Coordinate campaign messaging and assets across social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), paid advertising, email marketing, and PR efforts.
- Work closely with different teams (creative, sales, product, and leadership) to ensure a seamless brand narrative.
Content & Visual Coordination
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging visuals that align with campaign objectives.
- Ensure all assets are optimized for different channels, including website, social media, and paid ads.
Audience Segmentation & Personalization
- Segment our contact lists to deliver targeted and personalized campaign messaging.
- Leverage insights to refine communication approaches for different audience groups.
- Ensure that SafetyClerk’s messaging resonates with both existing clients and potential customers.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on key metrics (engagement, conversion rates, reach, etc.).
- Run A/B tests to optimize messaging, creative assets, and distribution strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to refine future marketing communication strategies
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams involved in marketing campaigns.
- Ensure efficient workflow and alignment between creative, sales, and executive teams.
- Manage external vendors or partners contributing to campaign execution.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in marketing communications, campaign management, or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to manage 360° marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Experience with audience segmentation and data-driven campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for brand consistency and storytelling.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or the construction industry.
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or CRM platforms.
